We started the

Better Universe
Foundation

to reinforce that we all have a mental health journey. Regardless of what we’re going through, we can all work on being the better version of ourselves. It’s time to end the stigma, and recognize vulnerability as a strength, not a weakness. By increasing mental health awareness across all industries, cultures, and communities, we hope everyone starts to focus on self-growth as a daily routine.

In addition to awareness, we’re hoping to bridge access for anyone who’s ready to seek professional mental health support. Our goal is to eliminate any barriers towards strengthening our mental and emotional health. We’ve recruited over 100 pre-health student volunteers to serve as accountability buddies and care coordinators. If you’re in need of mental health support, but don’t know where to start, our care coordinators can help you learn about all your options.

Even if you don’t have health insurance or the means to afford care, we want to ensure you can still access care. Utilizing our Pay It Forward Program, we can connect you with a volunteer mental health professional who will get you started on your mental health journey. All we ask in change for care is that you do 3 acts of kindness in the community and write us a letter about it. We want to remind you that no matter what we’re going through, we all have the power to help others and create a ripple effect of love and giving. While we’re starting by taking care of our Nevada community, with the help of our volunteers and donors, our long term goal is to provide free mental health support nationally.
